The OES Circuit Analyzer (CA) is a cost effective feature packed, standalone continuity tester with a capability of up to 128 test points. The CA can be setup easily by following simple configuration routines to manually configure the test with automatic harness “learn” capability. Optionally, Input/Output is available to allow communications with external equipment (PC interface or printer). Multiple tests are stored and easily selected with options to upload or download test programs to a PC.

The CA Add-on Module (CAAoM) is a breakthrough solution for testing components in wire harness assemblies that allow operators to upgrade the capability of their existing analyzer systems without excessive costs. The series module “adds” new testing capability to the existing analyzers including capacitance, resistance, transistor circuits, inductors, varistors, diodes, and other specialized tests. Typical applications include automotive (wire harness, air bag circuits, door panel/dashboard circuits, etc.), and power harnesses (appliance cords, lighting circuits, etc.).

How It Works

The CA series utilizes the most current microprocessor technology and is extremely fast relative to other systems on the market, minimizing test time. Termination enclosures connected by ribbon cable to termination enclosures are optionally supplied by OES. The LCD display and audible buzzer prompt the operator throughout the test process to ensure accuracy.
