Intended for use on factory floors, our fanless industrial computer provides an extremely durable option for your extreme conditions. Designed with fewer moving parts, and requiring less space than most computers, the ComputerWorx platform is suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications.
Compared to common passive cooling systems, OES has engineered active solid state cooling in their computer’s thermal design. This allows implementation of your ComputerWorx in otherwise unsuitable environments such as a noisy assembly plant, or on the dash of an industrial vehicle (ie. lift truck).
The most important factors to consider:
We have incorporated Active Solid State Cooling to eliminate mechanical fans which will wear out over time. Our Active Solid State Cooling device circulates air to cool the system without the use of bearings which can fail or make noise from contaminants in the air.
Majority of computer failure is from hard disk systems. ComputerWorx has a solid state storage device that eliminates those problematic moving parts. Furthermore, the device is more immune to electromagnetic fields which can damage or corrupt data, and is one of the fastest products of its kind available in the industry. The solid state storage device features “Global Wear Leveling” which drastically reduces data loss or corruption from sequentially writing to the same memory location.
Strong mechanical design can endure almost anything an industrial environment demands, including operating temperatures from -20°C to 60°C (-4°F to 140°F).
Industrial power supply thrives in hazardous environments where standard external power bricks fail.
The industrial motherboard is designed with circuitry that accommodates wide voltage swings and filters the input voltage – stabilizing power which otherwise shortens the life of most standard computers.
Robust aluminum extruded case provides protection from shock, vibration, and impact resistance. At the same time, it sheds heat to lower operation temperature.
