OES received high interest for three new products exhibited at the 2016 Wire Technology Expo in Milwaukee:
- WireScan model LPA58 for dynamic optical inspection of the wire strip and seal loading for integration on automatic wire processing machines
- Crimp Force Monitor model CFM2203 integrated with new automatic wire processing machines
- QPM Link – OES Crimp Force Monitors can now be connected to a central network for managing and error proofing the manufacturing process
“ These new products are now added to OES’s portfolio of technology solutions that not only eliminate part defects from entering the automotive supply chain, but will now provide a high level of error proofing and production traceability” says Michael Reeve, VP of product development.
OES works closely and collaboratively with manufacturers, machine suppliers, representatives and distributors to bring practical leading and effective technology solutions that prevent part defects from entering the automotive supply chain. OES holds 9 US patents and two patents pending.
